PRIVACY POLICY OF ASSOCIATION MEMBERS, DONORS, NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBERS and E-SHOP CUSTOMERS
Antelope Conservation, z. s. (hereinafter referred to as "the association") is a non-governmental non-profit organization bringing together experts, students, scientists and enthusiasts who want to participate in the conservation of biological diversity and who are not indifferent to the fate of the western subspecies of the Giant eland. The registered office of the association is located at Kamýcká 129, 165 00 Prague - Suchdol, Czech Republic.
The association undertakes to protect the privacy and personal data of all members, donors, newsletter subscribers and e-shop customers (hereinafter referred to as "persons"). The association is not obliged to have a worker dedicated to the personal data protection agenda, so any questions regarding the use of personal data should be addressed to the above contacts or to our email info@antelopes.cz.
All personal information will not be used for other purposes. Information about all persons is securely stored in our internal database and is never shared with third parties.
The association is obliged to keep records of its members and their basic personal data, which is not publicly available. We inform customers of the e-shop about the status of the order at the listed contacts. Customers of the e-shop by purchasing our souvenirs support the activities of the association, therefore we may sometimes send news about the activities of the association to e-shop customers' emails, but we will always respect the right of customers to unsubscribe from these emails. The newsletter will be sent to registered subscribers only as long as they agree to it. We inform donors about the use of their donations. Information about donors, subscribers and customers of the e-shop will be kept only as long as they agree to receive our newsletter or other information emails.
The association's newsletter (information bulletin) contains news about the project to save the Giant eland and other antelopes and offers subscribers ways to get involved and help in the program. If you want to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for your name and e-mail address. We will use this information to send the newsletter to subscribers' email addresses. We only send the newsletter electronically to subscribers' emails.
All persons can ask what information we hold about them. Individuals can ask us to correct or delete information about them from our database, they can also ask us to stop using their data to send them a newsletter at any time, for example by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter or email, or by email to the above contacts.
